MARY HORTON

I am a Supervising and Training Analyst of the Society of Analytical Psychology. I practice both in person and online.

I offer in-depth analysis and psychotherapy.  I also offer open-ended psychodynamic counselling as well as solution-focused brief therapy.  

I value analysis, psychotherapy and counselling for the self-understanding that they can enable.  With the information this provides, we are more able to make conscious choices about what we want for ourselves.  I believe it is compassion for ourselves that enables confrontation with difficult realities.  In turn, we unfold, we develop, not in isolation but as individuals in relation to others.

I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council in both Jungian and Psychoanalytic categories.  I am also registered with the British Association for Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Supervision.
